CII-MCM Trust

The Trust offers vocational training in computer skills, tailoring, and beauty services to women in rural areas, specifically in Village Bhadwar and the Dharamshala region of Kangra district. In 2019, the Trust established a partnership with the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) to open a multi-skill center in Dharamshala. This collaboration resulted in securing infrastructure on lease from the Municipal Corporation of Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, through a tripartite agreement between MCM Trust, CII, and the Municipal Corporation. Construction on the building began in February 2020 and was completed in January 2021. The center's first training program was inaugurated on February 8th after the building's renovation.
