Brand Account Manager

Role & Responsibilities

1. Conduct market studies and identify opportunities by being a diligent marketing brand specialist.
2. Design brand communication strategies along with the brand director and use the right media to communicate them.
3. Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports.
4. Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
5. Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments .
6. Lead the creative development team in the right direction which aligns with the brand ethos.
7. Organising events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots..
8. Undertake brand reputation projects and figure out the brand positioning.
9. Adhere to established budgets, estimates and performance indicators.
10. Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs.
11. Devise further growth strategies, and implement them from a brand innovation manager’s point of view.

Required skills

1. Prior work experience as a brand manager, or experience in assistant brand manager roles.
2. Up-to-date with new marketing trends and basic brand manager tasks.
3. Excellent command of the English language along with written and verbal skills.
4. Compelling research. analytical skills and attention to details.
5. Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
6. An ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns.

Preferred skills & qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
2. Perspective to see marketing from a global brand specialist’s point of view that aids expansion and growth.
3. Ability to think creatively and work cross-functionally within the brand manager job scope.
4. Minimum 2-4 years experience as a Brand Manager.
